Scope of the proposed cooperation requested by GWA to Hikari

Duties and responsibilities of GWA:

  1. Provide English language education for 7 months to students
  2. Assist in the English certification process for participants through institutions partnered with GWA in the UK
  3. Help find job placements for participants in hotels and restaurants under Maya Resort Group located in Jakarta, Bali, Labuan Bajo, and Malaysia
  4. Assist participants in attending job interview processes with Maya Resort Group

Duties and responsibilities of Hikari:

  1. Administer English certification tests
  2. Issue English certification test passing certificates from Hikari
  3. Provide accommodation and lodging for participants for 14 days (2 weeks) during the certification test period

Proposed Cooperation Program Cost:

Important Note: The above costs apply with a minimum of 10 participants per certification test session. If the number of participants is less than 10, the costs will automatically be adjusted.

Additional Cooperation Proposal to Accelerate This Program:

Hikari will provide participants who are already prepared and proficient in English to GWA, so that GWA only needs to connect them with Maya Resort Group for employment.

  1. Conduct independent recruitment of participants in accordance with the requirements specified by GWA
  2. Provide independent education and training to participants based on the English certification curriculum standards
  3. Request recommendations from GWA to establish partnerships with institutions in the UK
  4. Conduct certification tests at Hikari and issue certificates to participants
  5. Hand over the participants to GWA for job matching with Maya Resort Group

For this cooperation, Hikari proposes a fee per student of:
